Dermoskin Shop places utmost importance on the security of customers shopping with credit cards. Your credit card information is never stored on our systems.

During a transaction, credit card details are transmitted directly to the relevant bank for verification, encrypted via 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, independent of our website. If the card is approved, the purchase process continues. Since no card data is seen or stored by us, there is no risk of third parties gaining access under any circumstances.

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is an authentication system developed by card issuers to ensure secure online shopping. It involves verifying your card with a one-time SMS code sent to your registered mobile phone number with your bank.

To prevent credit card fraud, our company verifies the accuracy of payment/billing/shipping address details for online orders. Therefore, for first-time customers, the financial and contact information must be verified before the order can be fulfilled. If needed, we may contact the cardholder or the bank directly.

All information you provide during registration is accessible and modifiable only by you. If you keep your login credentials secure, no one else can access or alter your personal information. This Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the use of personal data shared with Dermoskin Shop by data subjects (users, visitors, and members — collectively referred to as “Data Subjects”) during their use of the shop.dermoskin.com.tr website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), or data generated by Dermoskin Shop during such usage.

Sharing of Personal Data

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, personal data may be shared with Dermoskin Shop and Dermosa Sales Marketing Education Services Inc. officials, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private entities. Data transfers are subject to the rules in Article 9 of the Law and relevant decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.

Method and Legal Basis of Data Collection

Personal data is collected through electronic means via the Platform. The legal basis for this data collection is described in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698. Data is processed and transferred for the purposes stated in this Policy.

Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to:

  • Learn whether personal data is being processed,

  • Request information regarding processed personal data,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,

  • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

  • Request deletion or destruction of data if processing reasons no longer exist,

  • Request that correction/deletion be communicated to third parties to whom data was transferred,

  • Object to decisions made solely by automated systems if it results in a negative outcome,

  • Request compensation if data is processed unlawfully and causes damage.

Requests related to these rights can be submitted as described in Dermoskin Shop's Policy on Processing and Protecting Personal Data available at shop.dermoskin.com.tr. Dermoskin Shop will respond to such requests within 30 days.

Dermoskin Shop reserves the right to charge a fee for processing such requests, based on the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board (if applicable).
